    Factory

    Our factory site is located in Dongguan, China, which is within two hours’ travel from Hong Kong. The factory comprises three main assembly areas with total floor space over 30,000 sq.ft. Other site facilities include worker’s quarters, canteen and recreational areas. Major equipment includes injection molding machines, blow molding machines, 8 motorized assembly lines, metal workshop, spray painting and tampo printing equipment.

     

     
     
     
     

    Quality Control

    The factory employs qualified QC staff members, with in-house test laboratory, for strict safety and quality control. Routine inspections are performed on incoming parts and materials, and on finished goods prior to delivery. 
     
     
     
     
     
     
    Product Development 
    Our engineering and R&D department includes model makers and prototype developers. The factory also has its own tooling facilities for injection molds and blow molds, with fully-equipped workshops and experience mold making staff.
